The WellStream Medical team ensures each in-licensed or contracted offering is managed with primary focus.  It is not the goal of WellStream Medical to have thousands of products but rather to maintain a narrower product focus that benefits the medical provider, patient and manufacturer.

WellStream Medical will approach each offering with a FOUR STEP APPROACH- Well Stream Diligence

Well Stream Diligence.

Alignment Review- If the product offering aligns itself with our current focus of improving practice revenues, outcomes, efficiencies or an overall reduction in costs we will take the product to Warm Market Review. A product review team thoroughly reviews the product to determine alignment.

Warm Market Review- If the product is aligned, WellStream will initiate a very important step to determine if our organization is a good fit for you.  We take the product under review and engage our warmest customers.  If the uptake and reception are warm we then proceed to Cold Market Review.

Cold Market Review- Once the product passes Alignment and Warm Market Review WellStream will initiate a call focus with cold customers to gauge reception.  This is a very important feedback mechanism for potential partners.  We will know in days whether we can be effective for potential partners and provide clear feedback as to market reception.  If reception is good in the cold market space we will proceed with our potential partners to Decision.  If reception is poor we engage again to see if there is improvement.  If there is improvement we move on to Decision.

Decision – As opportunities flow through this process we develop clear insight into necessary launch activities, representative receptiveness, and end user acceptance.   This enables us and our partners to determine relational fit and best course of action.

This four step approach is called WellStream Diligence.  We want our partners to feel we gave their technologies a fair evaluation.  We also want to ensure we are the correct match for our partners.
